Rich, a leader in financial management since 1972, brings a practical, results driven approach to helping businesses navigate complexity and achieve sustainable growth.

With more than five decades of experience, Rich’s background includes 15 years as a Certified Public Accountant and partner at McGladrey & Pullen (now RSM), followed by many years serving as a Chief Financial Officer and Consulting CFO and other C Level functions across a wide range of industries. His industry experience spans manufacturing, construction, health care, distribution, agribusiness, insurance, and numerous other sectors.

Rich has deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate organizational structuring - supporting companies from early-stage startups to mature enterprises to spinoffs to sales and acquisitions of both private and public corporations.

His work also includes extensive experience in financing and capitalization, business planning, operational improvement, internal controls, and the design and implementation of accounting and operating systems tailored to each organization’s needs.

He has served on numerous Boards including the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, Kirke Van Orsdel, Inc., Mirenco, Inc., as well as Innovative Lighting, LLC.

A graduate of the University of Central Missouri and a U.S. Navy veteran, Rich brings discipline, integrity, and a steady hand to every engagement.
